Need an account?
If you have already tried to sign up
here, and you had trouble, please check one of the following catagories for your problem, or submit a trouble ticket.

Problem signing up?
If you are unable to signup and an error is not displayed, please submit a trouble ticket. If you are recieving an error, then should double check the error and make sure you are typing correct information into the sign up form. If you still have a problem please submit a trouble ticket.

Can't log in?
If you are unable to log in there is a possibility that you are using invalid login information. Your log in name is the same that you use to log in to the Rush Stream applications. If you need to reset your password please check
here. If you are still having trouble please submit a trouble ticket.

 

  Trouble Signing Up
 
Is all of your information correct?
Please double check all of the information you are typing in, if you are not using a valid email you will not be able to register. You must also make sure that you are including all of the required information, all information is required on the form except the information that is marked as (optional).

Are you getting an error when you submit?
If the error is output into the browser stating that some of your information is invalid, please retype the invalid data and try to submit again. If you are still having problems please submit a trouble ticket.

 

  Trouble Viewing Rush Stream Applications
 
Do you have the latest flash player?
If you are not sure that you have the latest flash player, please visit this
website at Adobe and update your player.

Are you using an old browser?
Some browsers have trouble playing Flash applications (what RushStream applications use), we recommend downloading and installing the latest version of Firefox, which can be found
here.

 

  Trouble Recording Messages
 


Is your microphone muted in Windows?
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem in a windows environment.

STEP 1:

If you are using Windows click on your Start menu then go to Control Panel. Once you are in the control panel, double click the 'Sounds and Audio Devices' icon.

STEP 2:

From there click on the Audio tab at the top, then click on Volume in the Sound Recording section.

STEP 3:

In the next window make sure that Microphone is selected and that the microphone volume is turned up.

Is your microphone setup correctly?
If you have a usb microphone make sure it is plugged in correctly and that your computer detects your microphone. If you have a regular microphone make sure its plugged in correctly, most microphone inputs are next to where you would plug in your speakers, you can usually tell it is the microphone input because it will be colored pink or it will have a picture of a microphone next to it.

Are you accepting the request to use your microphone in flash?
The follow picture shows an example of what this accept screen looks like, when you see this screen make sure you are clicking on the 'Allow' button.

 

  Trouble Listening To Messages
 
Do your speakers work?
Try playing an MP3 or making sure your speakers are plugged in correctly.

Is your flash volume turned up?
Make sure the volume bar on the RushStream player is moved to the right, check the following picture for an example.
